Massages

       All of our massages are geared to each clients specific needs, whether you want to relax after a stressful day, or work out any acute or chronic pain issues.  The following is a list of massages most utilized by men.

Essentials Massage: 60 Minutes $58/ 90 Minutes $78
A therapeutic full body massage using long, soothing strokes integrated with slow gentle compressions and passive stretching to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

Deep Tissue Massage: 60 Minutes $63/ 90 Minutes $83
Deep, focused pressure is used to relieve acute or chronic pain from repetitive use and injury. We use a variety of techniques to address your specific issues, including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Fascia Work.

LaStone Massage: 75 Minutes $78/ 90 Minutes $98
 Combining Native American, Chinese and Tibetan energetic practices, our therapists utilize heated river stones to warm and release muscular tension. Cold stones may be added to reduce inflammation and swelling in chronically tight areas. LaStone Massage addresses the whole person, grounding and balancing while bringing you into deeper dimensions of relaxation.

Overhaul: 2 hours: $130
Not for the faint of heart! This 2 hour LaStone treatment incorporates Deep Tissue Massage Techniques that focus on muscle release to rebalance and promote healing.

Facials

       Men have skin issues too!  You would be surprised at what a facial can do for rough, oily or problematic skin conditions.  Our gentleman’s facial incorporates products specialized for men’s specific skin issues.   Feel free to call our office and talk with one of our skin specialists to discuss questions and treatment options.

 Gentleman’s Facial: 60 minutes $68
A process of deep pore cleansing which includes steaming, exfoliation and extractions, facial massage, therapeutic mask and moisturizing, customized for men.

Body Treatments

      No fluffy ingredients are used in these treatments.   Both use products containing menthol and camphor to relieve tired aching muscles and joints, then follow with heated steam.

 Joint and Muscle Relief: 75 minutes $80/ 105 minutes $114
Flush out toxins in the joints and help to reduce inflammation with this balancing treatment. Full body massage with a therapeutic balm infused with fresh organic comfrey and arnica, then expertly blended with pure essential oils, white camphor and menthol to help ease minor muscular aches, bruises or pains.  Complete the session with a detoxifying steam treatment.

Muscle Mender Sea Salt Body Scrub and Steam: 60 minutes $70
A Great Treatment for tired muscles and dry skin! Menthol, Camphor, Juniper, Rosemary and Peppermint cool and stimulate tired muscles while Sea Salt, Organic Sesame and Rice Bran oil exfoliate and nourish dry skin. A full body steam enhances absorption of the mineral rich sea salt and leaves your skin silky soft and fully hydrated.

Nail Care

      Tired of living with rough, calloused, worn out hands and feet? Give them a good hot soak, clean them up and prevent problems down the road with a manicure or pedicure customized just for you (No Colored Nail Polish – We Promise!).

Gentleman's Manicure: 20 minutes $25
Reshape Nails, Clean Cuticlesand Buff.

Gentleman's Pedicure: 30 minutes $40
Includes Foot soak, Foot File, Reshape Nails, and Buff.
